Return Policy

At Future Auto, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. To be eligible for a return, the product must include all accessories and manuals. Please note that items damaged due to misuse or tampering will not be accepted.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Please be aware that certain items are non-returnable, including products on sale or marked as “clearance,” and any customized or special-order items. We do allow exchanges, but only in cases where the received item is defective or not as ordered.
